An Introduction to Pseudo-Linear Algebra

چکیده
Pseudo-linear algebra is the study of common properties of linear differential and difference operators. We introduce in this paper its basic objects (pseudo-derivations, skew polynomials, and pseudo-linear operators) and describe several recent algorithms on them, which, when applied in the differential and difference cases, yield algorithms for uncoupling and solving systems of linear differential and difference equations in closed form.

Let $f : A rightarrow B$ be a ring homomorphism and $J$ an ideal of $B$. In this paper, we give a necessary and sufficient condition for the amalgamated algebra along an ideal $Abowtie^fJ$ to be $J$-Noetherian. Then we give a characterization for pseudo-irreducible ideals of $Abowtie^fJ$, in special cases.

In this paper, we study pseudo-valuations on a BCI-algebra and obtain some related results. The relation between pseudo-valuations and ideals is investigated. We use a pseudo-metric induced by a pseudovaluation to introduce a congruence relation on a BCI-algebra. We define the quotient algebra induced by this relation and prove that it is also a BCI-algebra and study its properties.
